MLA and MP Support Retaining BC Rail Corridor

Jeremy Valeriote MLA (Green) for West Vancouver-Sea To Sky, and Patrick Weiler, MP (Liberal) for West Vancouver-Sunshine Coast-Sea To Sky Country sent a letter to Prime Minister Mark Carney and BC Premier David Eby supporting the retension of the BC Rail line from Squamish to Exeter (100 Mile House) as a rail corridor. They argue that revitalising the line is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to support economic and social development in an area of B.C. that has limited transportation options.
